Hint-it’s Monthly Sweepstakes (“Giveaway”) is open only to those people who participate each month and who are 18 years of age on the date of entry. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States of America and is void where prohibited by law. Employees or contractors of any of the individual giveaway prize sponsor’s their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of hint-it, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The Giveaway begins the 1st of each month at 12:00:00 AM and ends on the last day of each month at 11:59:59 PM. All monthly entries will begin the the 1st of each month at 12:00:00 AM EST. Winners will be selected on the following month for the giveaway. The drawing will be live-streamed on YouTube when possible; if not, it will be recorded and posted on YouTube at a later time.
Neither YouTube nor any other social media platform on which this Giveaway is marketed is a sponsor of the Giveaway, and you are required to release YouTube from any liability related to this Giveaway. All entries that do not comply with all YouTube's Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
Via Feedback Submission: After providing feedback for a business on www.hint.it, you will be presented with an opportunity to enter our monthly sweepstakes. Simply enter your phone number when prompted. Shortly after, you will receive an SMS inviting you to join the sweepstakes. To confirm your entry, reply to the SMS with 'YES'.
Direct Opt-In: Alternatively, you can directly opt into the monthly sweepstakes by texting ‘JOIN’ to (430) 444-6848.
Note: The opt-in process on the website takes place after submitting feedback and comes with detailed information about the nature of our SMS campaign. This is further reinforced in the subsequent SMS you receive. Rest assured, the consent process is transparent, clear, and entirely voluntary.

To be eligible for the prize, your entry must meet all Giveaway requirements, as specified throughout these Rules. While you may enter multiple times using the same phone number, entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at hint-it's sole discretion. You must provide all requested information accurately. Fraudulent methods of entry or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification at the discretion of hint-it.
Any incomplete or illegible entries will not be processed. The use of automatic, robotic, macro, and / or pre-programmed entries is strictly prohibited. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple / different social media accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods may void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. hint-it is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entry applications, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry application, the authorized account holder of the social media account and / or email address, if applicable, used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. Except in the case of gift entries, all entries must be made in the name of the individual and no transfer of ownership of a ticket is permitted. No entries will be accepted from or on behalf of, corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other entities.
If there are multiple winners, the prize will be proportionally divided based on the number of entries of each winner. For example, if Person A and B win, and Person A has two entries while Person B has one, Person A will receive 66.66% of the prize and Person B will receive 33.33%. Winners will receive their respective share of the prize either via their preferred email account (for online transactional giveaways) or through USPS mail delivery. The actual/appraised value may differ at the time of the prize award. The specifics of the prize are determined solely by hint-it. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at hint-it’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. All prize-related expenses, including taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for hint-it to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The odds of winning an individual prize remain 1 in 10,000 regardless of the number of entries. While multiple entries from the same participant do not increase the chance of winning, they do impact the proportion of the prize received if there is more than one winner. All entries, including additional ones, must be submitted by the end of the Monthly Giveaway time frame.
Winners of the Giveaway will be chosen through a transparent random drawing process, the specifics of which are determined by hint-it. The drawing will be live-streamed on YouTube when possible; if not, it will be recorded and posted on YouTube at a later time. In the event of multiple winners, the prize will be proportionally allocated based on the number of entries each winner has made.
Winners will be notified via the cell number they provided during the SMS opt-in process within five days of the selection. hint-it shall not be held liable for a winner’s inability to receive notifications due to factors such as network issues, incorrect cell numbers, or any other unforeseen issues related to mobile communication.
If a chosen winner cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, does not claim the prize within 15 days of notification, or fails to timely return any required documents, the prize might be forfeited. The awarding of the prize is contingent upon the winner's adherence to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. ANY BREACH OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER (AT hint-it’s SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF ALL WINNER PRIVILEGES.
By entering this contest you understand that hint-it, anyone acting on behalf of hint-it, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
hint-it reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non- authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such a case, hint-it may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by hint-it. hint-it reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. hint-it has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, hint-it reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless hint-it and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from
(i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and / or his / her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof,
(ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software;
(iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service;

THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction.
